Tammie Banko is an associate in the Litigation Practice group in the Dallas office of Haynes Boone. Her practice focuses on securities litigation, government investigations, and white collar defense.
- Dismissal of Consumer Class Action in California. Secured voluntary dismissal of all claims in response to motions to dismiss filed on behalf of manufacturer of water filtration systems in putative class action brought in California federal court alleging breaches of warranty and false advertising.
- Defense of Consumer Class Action Against Medical Billing Company. Defense of medical billing company in consumer class action alleging statutory and common law claims regarding the company’s billing practices.
- Defense of Federal Securities Act Class Actions in Texas State and Federal Courts. Defending an international chemical manufacturer against putative class actions pending in Texas state and federal court alleging violations of the federal Securities Act in connection with two public stock offerings.
