Jessica Berkowitz is an associate in the Private Equity Practice Group in the Dallas office of Haynes and Boone. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, capital markets and securities, and other commercial transactions.

During law school, Jessica served as a Notes Editor on the Vanderbilt Law Review. She also worked as a student attorney with the Turner Family Community Enterprise Clinic, where she represented a local nonprofit in a range of transactional matters.
