Ben Breckler
Ben Breckler is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group in the Dallas office of Haynes Boone. He focuses on healthcare, securities, and antitrust litigation, while also guiding clients through government and internal investigations. In addition to white collar litigation, Ben’s practice includes commercial and products liability disputes, as well cybersecurity investigations and litigation.
Ben has represented clients under civil or criminal investigation by various government agencies, including the U.S. Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, Texas State Securities Board, and numerous State Attorneys General. In addition, Ben’s litigation experience spans both federal and state courts and includes all aspects of complex litigation proceedings.
In law school, Ben was a Managing Editor for the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law. He also participated in the immigration clinic and devoted his time to the Street Law program, an organization designed to educate communities and schools about law and government.
Before law school, Ben was a Teach For America corps member, where he taught high school mathematics in Dallas.
