Sharon Cooper concentrates her practice on franchise law where she supports clients in the structuring and operations of domestic franchise programs, including drafting franchise-related agreements and filing franchise and business opportunity registrations and exemptions.

Having previously served as in-house counsel for a publicly traded company, Sharon understands how to balance her detailed and conscientious approach to advising her franchise clients with how her legal advice affects the bigger picture in relation to their businesses.

Sharon views building trusting relationships with her individual clients as imperative to providing the best legal service. She works diligently and thoughtfully to provide real value to her clients.

Sharon is recognized for her work in the Fort Worth legal community and was named as a top Fort Worth attorney in Fort Worth, Texas magazine, Fort Worth, Texas Magazine Venue LP, from 2009-2019.
