Dave Calabrese
Dave Calabrese has broad experience in all aspects of commercial real estate encompassing conveyancing, leasing and financing. He has extensive experience in the development and investment areas (including the structuring and financing of development and investment transactions), as well as the commercial leasing area, including both capital lease transactions (including ground leases and credit tenant leases) and occupancy lease transactions (including office, retail and specialty leases).
Dave was an adjunct professor at the Fordham University School of Law between 1999 and 2005.
