Aubrey Edkins is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group in the Dallas office of Haynes and Boone. Aubrey’s practice involves representing a broad range of clients engaged in complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and the development of retail, office, industrial, mixed-use, and multi-family projects. Aubrey has experience in the formation of private equity funds, real estate funds, and fund of funds, and investments in such vehicles. Aubrey’s practice also includes negotiating, forming, and documenting limited liability companies, partnerships, and other business entities.
