Cory Feldman
Cory Feldman represents lenders and borrowers in connection with structuring, negotiating, and documenting financing transactions, including a variety of real estate-secured financings, syndicated credit facilities, merger and acquisition financings, and unsecured investment grade facilities.
Lenders and borrowers seek Cory’s advice in connection with construction loans and permanent real estate-secured loans. Cory also represents individual banks and lead agents and arrangers in syndicated credit transactions. Private equity sponsors turn to Cory for representation in leveraged financings to acquire or recapitalize their portfolio companies. Cory has worked on billions of dollars of credit facilities to real estate investment trusts and insurance companies.
Clients appreciate Cory’s ability to forge positive relationships with parties on both sides of her transactions. Practical yet flexible, she devises creative solutions that resolve her clients’ issues and get their deals done. She has been recognized as a “Rising Star” for banking by Texas Super Lawyers, 2015-2019 (Thomson Reuters), and was included in the “Ones to Watch” category of Best Lawyers in America, 2021-2024 (Woodward/White, Inc.).
Cory is involved in the community as a board member of Jewish Family Service Foundation and as a member of the Business Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, the Women’s Finance Exchange, the Ben-Gurion Society, Mustang Mentor Exchange, and the Cardozo Society Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas, which twice honored her with their “Outstanding Attorney Under 40” award. Cory previously served on the board of the American Jewish Committee (Dallas Region) and Jewish Family Service of Greater Dallas, and as secretary and treasurer of the Texas Business Law Foundation.

- Representation of a private equity firm in its acquisition of a wine distribution business and related acquisition financing of $188.35 million revolving credit and term loan facility.
- Representation of lead agent in documenting and closing a $500 million revolving credit facility to an investment grade insurance company and its affiliate.
- Representation of lead agent in connection with a $150 million revolving credit facility provided to a lodging real estate investment trust and its operating partnership secured by equity interests in certain subsidiaries.
- Representation of lead agent in documenting and closing multicurrency liquidity credit facilities aggregating more than $3 billion to a credit card company.
- Representation of lead agent in documenting and closing a $150 million revolving credit facility to a publicly-traded real estate investment trust focused on investing opportunistically in the hospitality industry.
- Representation of a private equity firm in its acquisition of a fineblanked and stamped metal components business and related acquisition financing of $125 million revolving credit and term loan facility.
- Representation of a private equity firm in its acquisition of a business involved in the manufacture and sale of plastic containers for greenhouse and nursery growers and related acquisition financing of $72 million revolving credit and term loan facility.
