Blake Feikema

Blake represents national banks, regional banks, alternative lenders and commercial borrowers in a range of commercial lending transactions, including subscription secured credit facilities, syndicated credit facilities, mortgage warehouse loans, acquisition financing and loans secured by unique collateral. His technical analysis and collaborative and practical approach help his clients achieve their goals, anywhere from financing the acquisition of fabrication services companies to financing operations of global private equity real estate funds. He works to understand his client’s needs and provide specific, actionable solutions.

Outside of work, Blake is committed to mentoring undergraduate and law students and volunteers with AT&T’s UTA Pre-Law Achievers program and the Law Student Assistance Committee of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers. 

Prior to joining the firm, he interned with the Honorable Barbara Houser, Chief Judge of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas, and the Honorable Christopher Wilmoth, Judge of Probate Court Number 2 in Dallas County, Texas.
