Katie Fleming
Katie Fleming is an associate in the Finance Practice Group in the London office of Haynes Boone.
Katie provides advice on banking transactions with a particular focus on fund finance. Katie has experience in advising banks, other credit providers and borrowers on both bilateral and syndicated facilities, including capital call, NAV, hybrids, and GP support facilities. She also has experience in advising on general corporate and commercial matters.
Katie joined Haynes Boone in 2022, having previously worked in the Corporate and Finance Group at a large international law firm in the Cayman Islands.
