Meredith Grant has been committed to representing California employers since she graduated from law school. She is a strong advocate who is passionate about labor and employment law and dedicated to client service.
Meredith’s practice focuses on employment litigation in state and federal court, private arbitration forums, and various administrative tribunals. She has skillfully represented management in all types of employment-related claims, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour violations.
Meredith also provides advice and counseling regarding a wide variety of day-to-day employment-related issues, including performance management, discipline, termination, leaves of absence, and accommodation. Her practical approach is appreciated by both in house counsel and Human Resource professionals.
