Judy He is an attentive advocate for her clients, and her background in chemistry and finance helps her pinpoint where science meets business. Her practice focuses on patent and trade secrets litigation, and she has experience with various stages of federal court litigation, including Hatch-Waxman, such as drafting notice letters, assisting with fact discovery, and drafting pleadings on invalidity and claim construction issues.

Judy believes in helping those in need, and she has an active pro bono practice. She handles cases involving immigration, family, and probate issues. Judy is an active member of the Young Professionals Board of the Public Interest Law Initiative (PILI).
