Profile

Judy He is an attentive advocate for her clients, and her background in chemistry and finance helps her pinpoint where science meets business. Her practice focuses on pharmaceutical Hatch-Waxman litigation in federal courts, such as the District of Delaware and the District of New Jersey, and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.

Judy’s experience spans from pre-litigation analysis to pre-trial activities, including fact and expert discovery, motions practice, claim construction briefings, Markman hearings, and summary judgment motions. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and has represented clients from Mainland China in U.S. proceedings.

Judy believes in helping those in need, and she has an active pro bono practice. She handles cases involving immigration and family law, and she has experience with preparing asylum applications, drafting affidavits, assisting with SIJS matters, and representing clients via both in-person and remote hearings.
