Jeremy Herskowitz
Jeremy Herskowitz is a partner in the Real Estate Practice Group in the New York office of Haynes Boone. His practice focuses on dispositions and acquisitions of commercial and residential properties, including office buildings and apartment complexes. He also represents private equity funds, REITs and other real estate companies in relation to financing, leasing and general real estate transactional matters.
- Participation in the long-term representation of a joint venture between a private equity fund and a closely-held real estate company in connection with the purchase and sale of portfolios of apartment complexes located in New York City.
- Participation in the long-term representation of a publicly-traded REIT in all aspects of their property management needs at various locations in the United States.
- Participation in the representation of a closely-held real estate company in connection with the ground leasing, financing and development of a Manhattan property.
- Participation in the representation of a publicly-traded real estate company in connection with the acquisition and development of an assemblage of properties located in lower Manhattan.
