George Hinchey

George Hinchey has extensive experience assisting clients with a broad range of real estate matters. He represents both private and institutional parties with the acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing and development of various commercial properties, specifically office buildings and commercial retail centers. He also represents landlords leasing and ground leasing to nationally recognized commercial tenants.

In general commercial law, George assists businesses with their day-to-day operating needs and has extensive experience in the family office space. To that end, his experience rests in negotiating joint ventures and other private investment vehicles and handling a variety of corporate governance matters for private parties.
