Gregory Huh is a partner and focuses on intellectual property (IP) matters. He has been involved in all aspects of IP practice, including patent prosecution, portfolio analysis, opinions, proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), and appeals before the Federal Circuit. Gregory has represented both petitioners and patent owners in more than 100 inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the USPTO. He has a demonstrated track record of delivering wins and favorable settlements for his clients in a wide variety of technologies, including telecommunications, wireless communications, computer networking, semiconductor manufacturing, quantum computing, and automotive powertrains and control systems.

Prior to law school, Gregory obtained B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering and was a powertrain engineer at both Ford Motor Co. and General Motors Co., where he led the development of calibration and control systems for numerous vehicle applications.
