Chrysa Kitsou is an associate in the London office focusing purely on non-contentious shipping matters, including but not limited to sale and purchase of vessels and yachts, delivery of newbuilding vessels, re-fit contracts, ship finance and flag registrations.

Prior to joining the firm, Chrysa served as a legal counsel for a major shipping company where, inter alia, she was solely responsible for orchestrating delivery of 42 newbuilding vessels from a wide range of Asian shipyards and arranging for drawdowns under the relevant facility. Her experience as an in-house lawyer equipped her with a thorough understanding of owners’ needs and approaches which enables her to optimise her services by providing bespoke legal advice with a commercial mindset. Chrysa qualified as a solicitor at a top-tier shipping law firm with seats in Piraeus, London and Monaco gaining significant and valuable exposure to all of the shipping and yacht markets.
