Kevin Kiley is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group in the New York office of Haynes and Boone. His practice focuses on finance, including mortgage, mezzanine and preferred equity lending representing institutional lenders and borrowers, as well as credit facilities, including repossession financings. He also handles joint ventures and purchase and sale transactions.
