Andrea Levenson is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group in the Orange County office of Haynes and Boone.

Andrea earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of California, Irvine School of Law and received Pro Bono Graduation High Honors with more than 200 hours of pro bono service. In law school, Andrea served as an advanced member of the Criminal Justice Clinic, regularly representing clients under the supervision of an attorney in post-conviction relief matters.

As a participant in UC Irvine Law’s Ninth Circuit Appellate Litigation Clinic, Andrea represented a prisoner in a civil rights appeal. Andrea and another law student researched and developed an appellate case, wrote opening and reply briefs, and argued before the Ninth Circuit under the supervision of an attorney. The Ninth Circuit panel reversed and remanded the District Court's order dismissing the civil rights action on every ground argued.
