Dr. Shenshen Li’s practice centers on patent prosecutions and includes invalidity and noninfringement analyses. Having previously assisted a District Judge drafting patent litigation opinions, as well as spearheaded client representation at a PTAB proceeding, Dr. Li understands the full scope of IP protection.

Dr. Li’s legal skillset is complemented with 15 years of R&D experience at the nation’s top research institutes and global companies. His technical expertise spans from solar energy, catalysis, and advanced materials, to formulations, environment remediation, and commodity packaging. 

Prior to joining the firm, Dr. Li led the chemistry and materials science R&D at a leading global packaging company. He is the sole or first inventor on ten (10) patents or patent applications.
