Han Liang is an associate in the International Practice Group of Haynes and Boone’s Shanghai office. Her practice will focus on private equity and cross-border investments. Prior to joining Haynes and Boone, Han worked in an international law firm’s New York office as a litigation associate and the New York City Law Department as a Special Assistant Corporation Counsel. Han graduated, magna cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law in 2014. Han is a native Mandarin speaker and is fluent in English.
