AK has experience in domestic and international acquisitions, divestitures, and other complex business transactions. She routinely represents corporate, private equity and venture capital buyers and sellers in structuring, negotiating, documenting and closing acquisitions and dispositions.

- Represented a full-service multifamily real estate company in its sale to a nationwide property management company.
- Represented Mill Creek Machining, Inc. in its sale to Consolidated Machine & Tool Holdings.
- Represented FreeFlight Systems, a specialist in the design and manufacturing of NextGen aerospace systems, in its sale to an affiliate of the Jordan Companies.
- Represented Eastern Business Forms, Inc. in its sale to Gen Cap America.
- Represented OutMatch Holdings, LLC, a leading talent intelligence platform, which enables companies to recruit, hire and develop employees, in its sale to Rubicon Technology Partners.
- Represented AEVEX Aerospace, a portfolio company of Trive Capital, in its acquisition of Special Operations Solutions, a provider of ISR platform modification engineering, custom system design, software development, flight test services and PED technical support for special operations in highly complex environments.
