Vikki Marsh is an associate in the Energy, Power and Natural Resources and Environmental Practice Groups in the Houston office of Haynes Boone.
Vikki has an undergraduate degree in chemical engineering and previously worked as a process engineer and an environmental engineer at small and large refineries prior to joining the law firm. Her process experience gives her the unique insight to industry’s daily operational and legal needs, while her environmental experience covers a broad range of air, water and remediation programs, including recordkeeping, reporting and auditing, to maintain compliance with the Code of Federal Regulations and the Texas Administration Code.
Since joining the law firm, Vikki’s practice focuses primarily on energy and energy finance, representing lenders and borrowers in secured reserved-base credit facilities, but her practice also encompasses environmental matters, including representing clients through alternative dispute resolutions and conducting or providing environmental due diligence in sales of industrial properties.
