Kate Ortbahn is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group in the Dallas office of Haynes and Boone. Her practice focuses on representing a broad range of clients engaged in commercial real estate and private equity transactions. Kate’s experience includes acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, formation of joint venture entities, and development of improved and unimproved properties, as well as negotiating private equity investments in a broad range of industries, with a focus on co-investment structures.
