Eloise Rotenberg is a corporate lawyer who represents public and private clients in a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and shareholder arrangements. She also has experience in trust and estate administration and gift, estate, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning for high net worth individuals, domestically and internationally.
