
Hugo Rivera
Hugo Rivera Moisés is an associate in the foreign trade and tax department in the Mexico City office of Haynes and Boone, LLP. His practice focuses on on tax matters, both domestic and international, including tax planning, consulting, and litigation.
Hugo has been involved in tax strategies developed for both domestic and international corporations or individuals, the design and implementation of corporate structures that involve international estate planning.
His practice also extends to administrative issues, including the shipping sector, aeronautics, fines determined by authorities and he has been involved in representing clients before tax authorities in national disputes, as well as fiscal and administrative litigation, before local and federal courts.
