Joseph Slochowsky
Joseph Slochowsky is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group in the New York office of Haynes Boone. Joe represents borrowers and institutional lenders in connection with the acquisition of commercial and multifamily properties, origination and restructuring of mortgage and mezzanine loans and the sale of those loans on the secondary market. Joe also represents landlords and tenants in connection with all aspects of commercial leasing, including office and retail transactions in New York City and throughout the country.
