Carolyn Sullivan is a partner in the Real Estate Practice Group at Haynes and Boone in New York. Carolyn practices in all areas of commercial real estate and finance. Carolyn represents institutional lenders, banks, funds, and other investors in connection with the structuring, origination, acquisition, and sale of mortgage loans, b-notes, mezzanine loans, joint ventures, and other debt and equity positions, as well as loan workouts, restructurings, and mortgage and mezzanine foreclosures. She also represents clients in connection with the acquisition and sale of real estate.
