Sarah Sheng is an associate in the International Practice Group in Haynes and Boone’s Shanghai office.
Before joining Haynes and Boone, Sarah has served as inhouse counsel for multi-national companies in manufacturing and chemical industries and has advised on their strategic M&As, inbound investments, joint-venture setup and general corporate matters throughout China for nearly ten years.
Sarah maintains a broad range of Chinese corporate related legal practice that includes foreign investment in China, corporate governance, licensing, M&A as well as labor. With such experience, Sarah has a unique perspective and understands the inhouse practice and how the legal advices may affect the client’s businesses.
Her practice focuses on private equity cross-border investments.
