Bilal Sheriff

Bilal Sheriff is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s Dallas office.

His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, venture capital, and other general corporate matters. During law school, Bilal externed for the General Counsel of a Texas based private equity firm, where he assisted in advising the firm’s public and private portfolio companies.

Additionally, Bilal advises clients on navigating the premerger clearance process under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act.
