Dorothy Sluszka is an associate in the Capital Markets and Securities Practice Group in the New York office of Haynes and Boone, LLP.
Her practice focuses primarily on securities law and general corporate matters, including representing issuers, underwriters and institutional investors in public and private securities offerings, SEC reporting and compliance and corporate governance matters. She also has experience providing strategic guidance to hedge funds and other investors in matters concerning shareholder activism, proxy contests, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and other related matters.
