Kristina Smith is an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group in the Dallas - North office of Haynes and Boone.
During law school, Kristina was inducted into the Order of Barristers for her excellence in oral and written advocacy. Kristina uses this experience to assist clients in protecting their intellectual property through patent prosecution and post-grant review at the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
