Winnie Wong is an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group in the Palo Alto office of Haynes and Boone. Her practice focuses on patent, copyright, and trademark law. Winnie has worked on a variety of IP matters involving a range of technologies, including machine learning and video encoding technologies such as HEVC (H.265).

Before joining the firm, Winnie attended the University of California, Berkeley Law School where she served as associate editor of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal, president of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association, and managing editor of the Asian American Law Journal.

Haynes and Boone Wins ITC Ruling Against Patent Infringer for Client PTS Diagnostics

After a hearing on the merits handled by Haynes and Boone, an administrative law judge of the U.S. International Trade Commission has determined that ACON Laboratories, Inc. and ACON Biotech (Hangzhou) Co. infringed two of PTS Diagnostics’ key patents.
