Tom Zavala

Tom Zavala is an associate in the Restructuring Practice Group in the Dallas office of Haynes and Boone. Tom has experience across a broad range of industries, including energy, healthcare, finance, manufacturing and retail. His practice focuses on counseling public and private clients on complex Chapter 11 reorganizations and transactions involving distressed companies and assets. He aims to maximize value for his clients by helping them navigate the intricacies of Chapter 11 proceedings, regulatory filings, adversary proceedings and commercial transactions.

Prior to joining Haynes and Boone, Tom clerked for the Honorable Stacey G. C. Jernigan at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas, Dallas Division.
