Madelyn Calabrese Recognized as 2019 Client Service All-Star

March 28, 2019

BTI Consulting Group has named Haynes and Boone, LLP Partner Madelyn Calabrese to its 2019 list of Client Service All-Stars lawyers, who were recognized by clients for delivering an incomparable level of service.

The list is based on nominations from general counsel and other legal decision-makers at companies with $1 billion or more in revenue. The data-driven rankings were gleaned through more than 350 in-depth telephone interviews conducted by BTI researchers between March 20, 2018 and Feb. 8, 2019. Corporate legal decision makers single out each All-Star attorney— by name and in an unprompted manner—as delivering the absolute best client service. No attorney or firm can self-nominate, self-refer, nor pay to be included in this report.

“The BTI Client Service All-Stars demonstrate an unrelenting pursuit to find what best fulfills clients’ needs,” BTI says. “Legal decision makers say these attorneys have an unquenchable thirst to understand their clients better than all other attorneys. BTI Client Service All-Stars can simplify even the most complex of legal matters and are unwavering in their dedication to clients.”

“Madelyn exemplifies the client-focused approach of Haynes and Boone,” said Craig Unterberg, Administrative Partner of the firm’s New York office. “She utilizes this same conscientious and diligent approach in serving as one of the leaders of our New York office.”

Calabrese, a New York-based partner and section chair of the Investment Management Practice Group, was nominated for the honor by a large financial services firm. She provides advice to private investment funds, investment advisers and broker-dealers on a broad range of formation, registration, regulatory, compliance and inspection/enforcement matters.

“I am thrilled and honored to be included in a list that recognizes the qualities that I strive to exhibit on a daily basis, including a dedication to providing clients with targeted advice that best serves their needs,” Calabrese said.
