Felicity Fowler Joins Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce Board


Haynes and Boone, LLP Partner Felicity Fowler has been elected to the Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

Ms. Fowler will serve a three-year term with the organization, a non-profit business group promoting the advancement of women through leadership, education, advocacy and mentoring.

Ms. Fowler is a partner in Haynes and Boone’s Labor and Employment Practice and is certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in the field. She has more than 17 years of experience representing management in employment litigation and related proceedings, advising clients on all aspects of labor and employment law. Ms. Fowler has also represented parties in numerous employment arbitrations before the National Association of Securities Dealers and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, as well as other arbitration forums.

Additionally, Ms. Fowler heads the firm’s attorney diversity committee. Haynes and Boone has long been recognized as a pioneer in the area of diversity and women initiatives, appearing in many “Top 100” rankings related to diversity in the workplace. Ms. Fowler heads the committee’s efforts to ensure the recruiting, retention and promotion of minority candidates.
