Former SEC District Trial Counsel, Kevin Edmundson, Joins Haynes and Boone, LLP Dallas Office As Of Counsel

DALLAS, Texas– Haynes and Boone, L.L.P. announces the addition of Kevin Edmundson, the former Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) District Trial Counsel, to the Dallas office as Of Counsel. Edmundson will be part of the firm’s growing Business Litigation Practice.
Mr. Edmundson’s practice is focused on SEC Investigations and Enforcement, Securities Litigation and General Civil Litigation.
Prior to joining Haynes and Boone, he was District Trial Counsel for the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Fort Worth office where he managed the Commission’s law enforcement efforts in the Southwest region of the country. Previously, he was a Branch Chief in the SEC’s Enforcement Division in Washington D.C. where he supervised investigations.

Kevin Edmundson is a member of the District Columbia Bar and the Virginia State Bar. He received his B.A. from the University of Alabama and his J.D. from the Catholic University School of Law where he was Assistant Editor, Catholic University Law Review.
