AUSTIN, Texas – Haynes and Boone, L.L.P., a full service corporate law firm, announced that Hal Sanders has joined its Austin office as an attorney in the Business Litigation Practice Group.  Mr. Sanders’ practice focuses on commercial, franchise, and real estate litigation, as well as matters involving administrative law and construction issues.  Prior to joining Haynes and Boone, Mr. Sanders was a Partner at Jackson Walker, L.L.P.

Mr. Sanders is a member of the American Bar Association as well as the Texas and Travis County Bar Associations.  He also has served as a Subcommittee Chair of the ABA’s Litigation Section Antitrust Litigation Committee.

Mr. Sanders earned his B.A. from Abilene Christian University, his M.A. at the University of Oklahoma, and his J.D. at The University of Texas at Austin.
