Haynes and Boone Advises Elizondo Group in Texas Manufacturing Acquisition


– Haynes and Boone, LLP attorneys have advised Manufacturas Especializadas, SA (“MESA”), a member of the Elizondo Group of Monterrey, Mexico, in the purchase of substantially all of the assets of Snoke Special Products Company, Inc of Jacksonville, Texas.

Terms of the deal, which closed March 1, were not disclosed. Snoke is a key supplier of copper air conditioning components for Carrier Corporation in Tyler, Texas. Formed in 1970, MESA is an important supplier of copper component parts for air conditioning and refrigeration units for Carrier in Mexico.
