Haynes and Boone Breaks into Top 5 in Dallas Business Journal’s Annual Best Places to Work Awards Program

DALLAS – Haynes and Boone, LLP received the No. 4 ranking among the largest North Texas businesses in the Dallas Business Journal’s annual Best Places to Work awards program, improving from its No. 8 ranking in 2010. For the third consecutive year, it was the only law firm ranked in the large company category of 500 or more employees.

“Lots of law firms talk about culture,” said Managing Partner Terry Conner. “At Haynes and Boone, we live it every day, and we all recognize and appreciate our collaborative atmosphere of teamwork that not only makes this a rewarding place to work, but continues to bring us client success time after time.”

In its ninth year, the awards program has become a highly sought honor. Based on the results of in-depth employee surveys administered by independent firm Quantum Workplace, Inc., 52 finalists were ranked in three categories -- large, midsize and small.

Haynes and Boone emphasizes collaboration, mutual respect, cooperation and teamwork. The firm is focused on building a long-term institution for the benefit of its clients and personnel, and retains top talent by providing substantive and challenging work, opportunities to grow and contribute, a supportive environment and a chance to truly “make a difference” to clients and the firm.

Rankings were revealed at a celebratory luncheon on Sept. 22. Winners will be profiled in the Sept. 23 issue of the Dallas Business Journal.
