HOUSTON-Haynes and Boone, L.L.P., a full-service international law firm, recently announced the formation of The Enforcers, a secured creditors litigation specialty group which will address the unique needs of secured lenders and holders of large judgments.

To address secured creditors' under-representation, Haynes and Boone has established a team of attorneys who all have extensive experience in providing remedies to protect or seize secured creditors' collateral. The team members have hands-on experience with injunctions, sequestrations, attachments, garnishments and receiverships.

Companies that would benefit from this specialty group include banks, equipment leasing companies or any asset-based lenders (e.g. industrial equipment, accounts receiveable, commercial real estate, large vehicles, etc.). "The Enforcers was formed in order to better serve these unique clients on short notice," said Larry Huelbig, partner with Haynes and Boone's Houston office and member of The Enforcers. "This group consists of at least one partner and a mid-level associate in most of the markets we service (Houston, Dallas, San Antonio and Austin). With the exception of parts of West Texas, the firm can provide statewide coverage in this specific arena."

Haynes and Boone, L.L.P. is an international corporate law firm with nine offices throughout Texas, Washington, D.C. and Mexico City providing a full spectrum of legal services to clients around the world. With more than 450 attorneys, Haynes and Boone is ranked among the largest law firms in the nation by National Law Journal.  AmLaw Tech Magazine Scoreboard ranked Haynes and Boone first in law firm technology in 2001. The firm has been recognized as one of the 25 “Best U.S. Law Firms at Which to Work” (Of Counsel, 2000), one of the “Best Corporate Law Firms in America” (Corporate Board Member Magazine, 2002) and recipient of the Minority Corporate Counsel Association’s 2002 Thomas L. Sager Award for commitment to diversity.
