Haynes and Boone Leads Aviall, Inc. In Underwritten Resale Sale of 4,000,000 Shares of Common Stock


DALLAS - Lawyers from Haynes and Boone, LLP recently represented Aviall, Inc. in connection with the underwritten resale of 4,000,000 shares of Aviall, Inc. common stock by The Carlyle Group.  The offering was underwritten by Credit Suisse First Boston LLC.

Jeffrey J. Murphy, Senior Vice President of Law and Human Resources of Aviall, turned to Janice Sharry and Garrett DeVries, both corporate partners at Haynes and Boone, to assist Aviall in this transaction.  Ms. Sharry and Mr. DeVries led a team of Haynes and Boone lawyers working with the underwriters that included corporate associates Jacob Smith and Lauren Swann.
