SAN ANTONIO – Haynes and Boone, L.L.P. announces that David Ylitalo has joined its San Antonio office as Of Counsel. Ylitalo will be part of the firm’s rapidly expanding Business Litigation practice group.
Prior to joining Haynes and Boone, L.L.P., Ylitalo was with Kurth, Ylitalo & Cowden, L.L.P. He brings to the firm 26 years of business litigation experience as well as extensive knowledge in complex federal and state litigation, including securities, antitrust, insurance, class actions, lending and general commercial litigation, utility construction defects, product liability, real estate, banking, and commercial transactions. Ylitato previously served as Assistant Attorney General of Texas in the Antitrust Division.
David Ylitalo is a member of the State Bar of Texas and was admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Western, Northern and Southern Districts of Texas. He received his B.A. from the University of Texas and his J.D. from the University of Texas Law School.
