Haynes and Boone, LLP Announces Thomas H. Yang as Partner in the Dallas Office

DALLAS – Haynes and Boone, LLP announced that Thomas H. Yang has made partner with the firm in their downtown Dallas office.  Mr. Yang will be a part of the firm’s expanding corporate securities and mergers and acquisitions practice.
Mr. Yang joined the firm September 16, 1994 and since then has concentrated on securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions and venture capital transactions and start-ups.
Prior to joining Haynes and Boone, LLP, Mr. Yang was a Harlan Fisk Stone Scholar and also served on the Journal of Transnational Law while in law school. 
He is fluent in both English and Korean and is a member of the American Bar Association; State Bar of Texas; National Asian Pacific American Bar Association; Dallas Bar Association; and the Dallas Asian American Bar Association.  He graduated with his B.A. and his J.D. (1991 and 1994 respectively) from Columbia University.
