Haynes and Boone Mexico City Adds Real Estate Partner


MEXICO CITY – Antonio Diez de Bonilla Martinez has joined Haynes and Boone, LLP as a partner in the Real Estate Practice Group in Mexico City.

Mr. Diez de Bonilla’s practice covers real estate and infrastructure matters with an emphasis on the legal aspects of financing projects, mergers and acquisitions, and tourism, residential, commercial and industrial development projects. He advises and represents various clients, including developers, operators, investors, agents and financial entities on legal issues related to the purchase and sale of real estate projects. He also advises on the financing, construction, development and operation of realty projects.

Mr. Diez de Bonilla often participates in panels and forums on real estate and foreign investment matters and has given lectures at the Urban Land Institute and other similar organizations. He is the author of numerous articles on sustainable development issues. Mr. Diez de Bonilla is currently the chair of the legislation council of the ULI.
