Haynes and Boone New York Continues Growth with Addition of Transaction Lawyer Greg Kramer


NEW YORKGreg Kramer, a lawyer with extensive experience in representing issuers and investors in a wide variety of transactions, has rejoined Haynes and Boone, LLP New York as a partner in the firm’s Capital Markets and Securities Practice Group.

Kramer represents issuers and investors in various transactions including securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, venture capital, secured lending and structured finance. He also advises investors in numerous transactions including private equity investments, establishing managed accounts and various investment strategies such as merger arbitrage, investor activism and other event driven programs.

“Greg is a terrific addition to our expanding New York capital markets and hedge fund practices,” said Bill Nelson, co-chair of the firm’s Capital Markets and Securities Practice Group. “His experience and skill set give us even greater breadth and experience to offer clients in these key practices. He received his juris doctorate from Fordham University School of Law and Bachelor of Arts from New York University.

The firm’s New York office, located at the iconic 30 Rockefeller center complex, is the most actively growing office of the firm’s 13 U.S. and international locations. To accommodate the growth of lawyers in the firm’s New York office, Haynes and Boone recently signed papers to take an additional 38,193 square feet of space in 30 Rockefeller Plaza, giving it a total of 113,000 square feet – the entire 24th, 25th and 26th floors.
