Haynes and Boone Partner Larry Pascal Publishes South American Energy Chapter in Matthew Bender Energy Treatise

DALLAS – Haynes and Boone Partner Larry Pascal, the chair of the firm’s Americas Practice Group, has recently published a chapter on the South American energy market in the internationally recognized Matthew Bender publication entitled Energy Law and Transactions.  The thirty-five page chapter focuses on the natural gas and power market in Brazil, Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, Chile, and Peru.

Mr. Pascal worked with some of the leading energy law firms in the region on the project. Mr. Pascal, based in Dallas, is the immediate past Chair of the International Law Section of the State Bar of Texas and an adjunct professor at the SMU Dedman School of Law where he teaches a course on Latin American law.  Fluent in Spanish, his practice specializes in investments in Latin America.
