Haynes and Boone Presents Breakfast Series on Strategic Issues for Growth in the New Millennium

FORT WORTH, Texas–Haynes and Boone, LLP, a full-service law firm, announced that it will present a breakfast series on “Strategic Issues for Growth in the New Millennium” on Wednesday, April 24, 2002. The seminar will run from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. at the TCU Global Center, 13600 Heritage Parkway, Suite 100, Fort Worth, Texas, 76177.  The seminar is free, with registration and continental breakfast beginning at 7:00 a.m. and the program beginning at 7:30 a.m.

A panel of experts including Haynes and Boone Partners Luis Campos, John Collins and Terry Boone will discuss hiring and retaining employees in a competitive market including aggressive former employees and inevitable disclosure – non-competes, stock options, Golden Parachutes and hiring foreign nationals. Moderating the event will be Haynes and Boone Partner Tom Williams.
