DALLAS – Haynes and Boone, LLP has advised Colorado-based Watchtower Partners in its recent financing and acquisition of ocean front property in Guanacaste, Costa Rica.

Larry B. Pascal, the head of the Americas Practice Group, led the Haynes and Boone team.  He was assisted by the integrated cross-border team consisting of Laurie Lang, Matthew Schindel, and Francisco Uribe.

Watchtower is planning a luxury condominium development consisting of 122 luxury residential units, infrastructure, and amenities.  Watchtower obtained financing from Bank Midwest N.A.
