New York Super Lawyers Recognizes 16 From Haynes and Boone

September 20, 2017

Sixteen Haynes and Boone, LLP lawyers have been recognized as Super Lawyers and Rising Stars in New York’s 2017 Super Lawyers directory, published by Thomson Reuters.

Super Lawyers rates outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The selection process includes independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations. Each candidate is evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. No more than five percent of the total lawyers in the state are selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers.

The selection process for the Rising Stars list is the same as the Super Lawyers selection process, with one exception: to be eligible for inclusion in Rising Stars, a candidate must be either 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less. While up to five percent of the lawyers in the state are named to Super Lawyers, no more than 2.5 percent are named to the Rising Stars list.
