Wall Street Witch Hunt: Things That Go Bump in the Night Seminar to be Presented by Haynes and Boone at Meadows Museum

DALLAS, TEXAS– Haynes and Boone L.L.P., a full-service corporate law firm, announced it will present the second annual Wall Street Witch Hunt: Things That Go Bump in the Night seminar, Tuesday, October 29, 2002.  The seminar will run from 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. at the Meadows Museum, Southern Methodist University, 5900 Bishop Blvd, Dallas, Texas, 75275-0357. The seminar is complimentary.

Panelists will discuss in frightening The Witch’s New Clothes: Sizing Up the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002; The Shocking Truth Regarding D&O Protection: Scary Scenarios for Policyholders in 2002; and, Bedeviling E-mails: The Terror of Electronic Discovery.
