Women's Advocacy Project Elects Jonathan Buck to Board of Directors

AUSTIN, TEXAS – Haynes and Boone, LLP, an international corporate law firm, is pleased to announce that Jonathan Buck has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Women’s Advocacy Project. He currently serves as Secretary of the Board.

The Women's Advocacy Project, established in 1982, is a statewide nonprofit organization dedicated to providing legal representation, expanding legal education, and promoting access to justice for victims of domestic violence. The Project provides services through six innovative programs, including its Emergency Protective Order Program, which directly assisted 161 victims in obtaining emergency protective orders in Travis County alone in 2002.

Mr. Buck  is an associate in the Business Litigation Practice Group of Haynes and Boone’s Austin office and has represented clients in a wide variety of business disputes.
